At Rapp’s, we take that tradition a step further by selecting our own Elijah Craig Private Barrel each year. These highly sought-after single-barrel bourbons are bottled uncut and non-chill filtered, typically aged 8–12 years, and vary in proof from around 125–135+. Because each barrel is selected individually, every release offers its own unique character and flavor.
